Tier 01

Good to Know
- Your retainer includes up to 500 automated comment replies/DMs per month — comfortably enough for most local shops.
- If you consistently run past that, a higher messaging tier is available for an additional $25/mo, covering up to 5,000 messages/month.
- This automation currently works on Instagram only. TikTok doesn't allow this kind of third-party automation, and attempting it risks the account being flagged — so it isn't offered.
- If your Instagram is linked to a Facebook Page, that link is just for setup — it doesn't automatically carry the automation over to Facebook. Facebook (or any other additional platform) can be added on for a one-time $250 setup fee plus $50/mo.
- Doesn't include ad spend, photography, or writing captions for your posts — this automates replies, not content creation.

- No AI or usage-based costs at this tier — it runs on preset rule-based logic, so there's no variable bill to watch.
- Requires basic access to your website/platform (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, or similar) to embed the widget.
- If your top FAQs change significantly later (new products, new policies), updates are covered under your retainer.
Best for: Shopify/Wix stores, salons, local service businesses.
Tier 03

Tier 04

Good to Know
- This uses WhatsApp's business version, run on your own business account — not the regular WhatsApp app most people use. Replying to customers who message you first is fully included in your retainer, no matter how many conversations that is. The only cost that can come up is if you choose to reach out first, like sending a marketing message — and that's billed directly to you by WhatsApp (roughly $0.01-$0.14 per message), not something we charge or mark up.
- Refunds are never issued automatically. The bot checks the request and logs it — your team always confirms the actual refund, so you stay in control of the money.
- If you don't already use a tool like Calendly or Chatwoot, you may need your own account for those — most have a no-cost starting plan that covers typical small-business use.
Best for: High-volume retail, multi-channel brands, advanced custom sites.
Terms That Apply to Every Tier
Payment Structure
50% deposit to begin the build, remaining 50% due at handoff once your bot is live and tested.
Monthly Retainer
Billed monthly starting 30 days after handoff. Covers hosting, monitoring, updates when your business changes (hours, products, policies), and support.
Minimum Term & Cancellation
3-month minimum term. After that, cancel anytime with no fee. Canceling before the 3 months are up carries a fee equal to 50% of the retainer for whatever months remain in that period.
What's Not Included
- Ad spend or paid promotion of any kind
- Photography, copywriting, or content creation for your posts or site
- Platform fees billed directly to you by third parties (Instagram/Meta, WhatsApp, Calendly, Chatwoot, etc.) beyond what's noted per tier above
- Website design or e-commerce platform setup itself — this is the chatbot layer on top of what you already have
Changing Tiers Later
Moving between Tiers 2-4 at any time only costs the difference in setup fee for the added build work, plus the new tier's retainer going forward — they all build on the same foundation. Moving from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or higher is a separate build rather than an upgrade, since Tier 1 runs on its own system (Instagram automation) rather than the website chatbot foundation the other tiers share — that setup fee applies in full.
